Internal Sales Executive
We seek a results-driven Internal Sales Executive to engage existing and potential customers and convert sales while meeting monthly targets. Strong communication, product knowledge, and customer service skills are essential.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Meet call targets by converting customers on product goals.
- Understand customer needs to promote tailored solutions.
- Identify leads and new business opportunities.
- Proactively engage customers with products, promotions, and upselling.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge.
- Address objections to secure appointments or close deals.
- Prioritize leads for timely follow-ups and higher conversions.
- Exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads.
- Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English & Maths
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar sales role
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven experience of working to and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to retain product knowledge to a high level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively.
- Strong planning and organisational skills
