Internal Sales Executive

We seek a results-driven Internal Sales Executive to engage existing and potential customers and convert sales while meeting monthly targets. Strong communication, product knowledge, and customer service skills are essential.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Meet call targets by converting customers on product goals.
  • Understand customer needs to promote tailored solutions.
  • Identify leads and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage customers with products, promotions, and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge.
  • Address objections to secure appointments or close deals.
  • Prioritize leads for timely follow-ups and higher conversions.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Essential requirements
  • GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English & Maths
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar sales role
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven experience of working to and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to retain product knowledge to a high level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Highly customer focused.
  • Professional attitude to work.
Desirable requirements
  • Experience of working within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
